☆★☆Happy New Year☆★☆
Well, we're into another year, I wonder what does this one hold for us all?
I'm feeling pretty excited about it and feel it's going to be a good year. As with most years 2013 has had it's ups and downs. I have spent a lot of 2013 stressing about one thing or another and had a lot of anxiety but I'm going to leave those negative thoughts behind. 2014 is going to be all about being positive, not looking back at regrets and mistakes I've made but looking forward at positive things to come.
What use does it do us dwelling on mistakes made? That's something I'm terrible at, well actually you could say I'm really good at it as I often dwell on things I shouldn't. We should learn from them and move forward.
So 2014, the year of looking forward!
I'm sure it's going to be another busy one but I'm going to be prepared for it.
So here's to a fabulous 2014 for us all, we all deserve it!

Hello 2013!
Very quickly into January 2012 I faced up to facts and scrapped any New Years resolutions I made and then made a Revolutionary Resolution. What ever do you mean? I hear you ask. I decided not waste time each day/week/month thinking about the resolutions I wasn't doing much about!
The first definition that comes up in google from Dictionary.com of resolution is

Goodbye 2012
Hey everybody, I hope you've all had a good start to the new year so far! I've Had a crazy busy week already and not had a chance to do any of my planned posts yet so only 4 days into the new year and I'm behind schedule! Hmm, lets ignore that fact for now, I shall come back to it later. so to the first of my new year posts....
New year, this is the time we all look back at the year that's passed with nostalgia. Reminiscing over the good and bad moments and thinking about taking stock of our lives. We start thinking about the resolutions we all enthusiastically make and rapidly find we break. Do you agree? Are you sad to say goodbye 2012 or happy to see the back of it?

That Sunday night feeling
I really can't believe we're nearly at Monday again, where has the past week gone? I've got that Sunday night feeling of "Oh no it's work again tomorrow", but it's all good really, I am glad to be back at work but I can't lie I shall miss having my more relaxing Monday mornings that I had started getting use to.
So last week was my first week back at work and I am very glad to say I survived. Thankfully I didn't have to do my usual full time week which would normally include two long days (8-7 and 8-8) , I think if I had I would of been seriously wiped out rather then just pretty knackered by the time I got to Friday. It has been good to be back though, I saw several of my regular patients who were genuinely pleased to see me back which was lovely as it made me realize that people had been missing me.
