We found our gorgeous dog Spike on this dog rescue website, cuteness warning  though, do not go on her unless you want a dog, I think the temptation could be a bit too much.

I love to escape to the world of books.  Reading is one of my favorite pastimes but I also love to listen to them.  Audiobooks are great for when your in the bath, exercising or driving. They're also good for those who have difficulty holding a book or with bad eyesight. I have a subscription with audible which I find well worth the money.

There's nothing better then sleeping under the stars, Hubby, Spike and I love it.  We prefer wilder campsites, with a tarp for shelter and our hammocks and if we can take the canoe too even better.

You may have noticed I've been doing a bit of tweaking to my blog to make it look prettier and more interesting. These sites are FAB!  I'm still learning so if things aren't perfect please forgive me.  Shabbyblogs have tutorials and advice on there which is so helpful. And do you know what's best about it all, all the stuff is free! You can't get better then that.
